I downloaded a couple of FREEWARE Mobile Phone Emulators awhile ago.. Both worked well. Both had their strengths and weaknesses. Ideal for playing around with Mobile phone java applications on your (Windows) PC.

SjBoy

The SjBoy software emulates a mobile phone under Windows.

SjBoy Features:
1. Basic SUN MIDP 2.0
2. Supplied Skins for Nokia 3100, Nokia N70, Motorola V300 and Sony Ericsson K750.
